Metz works on numerous complex business litigation cases, corporate matters, contracts, and with entertainment clients. Hilary Metz uses this knowledge to help business owners start off on the right path, from leases, partnership/corporate agreements, to owning and protecting their intellectual property, including trademark and copyrights along with litigation to enforce those rights. In addition, Hilary Metz assists business owners in addressing areas or problems which they have ignored and need to clean up in order to be compliant and run most efficient and stress-free.

Ms. Metz works with clients who are ready to take their business to the next level of success, whether partnering with large corporations, obtaining and negotiating their first distribution deals, or pitching their shows to networks. Having been involved in the music/entertainment in some way or another since high school, Ms. Metz has first hand knowledge and experience of the ins and outs of the entertainment industry.
Prior to law school she worked in the dependency area for children in foster care in Miami-Dade County for 3 and 1/2 years facilitating an easy transition in many different areas of law; including juvenile, criminal, and family court.
